    AAA website states that members get an additional 10% of parts and 10% of labor prices with a max discount of up to $50 at Subaru Orange Coast, but when i called the parts department they said they do not give those discounts.

    The process is a little confusing... 1) Although the system knows what car I have, when ordering parts I'm directed to call and verify that the part fits. 2) No place on the receipt does it show I selected pick up at the dealer. Shows my address as ship to address. But the shipping cost does show $0.00, so that could be an indication.

    Great Customer Service over the phone, spoke with Omar, explained the Internet pricing and the process when purchased online to get the discount they offer online. 40 mile drive well worth it to save $128 dollars compared to local dealer
